Field of Application

This special variant of an angle ring or cap is used as an edge protection in the winding of power transformers. Edge radii of 1.0 mm only are possible.

Characteristics

Edge protection rings are made from shapeable sheet material. The cost effective fabrication method allows limited sized flanges and collars only.
