Sie k\u00f6nnen grosse \u00d6lspalte durch Barrieren in kleinere Bereiche unterteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Methode erh\u00f6ht die Durchschlagsfestigkeit bei vorgegebenen Abst\u00e4nden erheblich. Dank der hohen mechanischen und elektrischen Eigenschaften k\u00f6nnen kompakte Barrierenkonstruktionen aufgebaut werden.
