Sie reduzieren Streufelder, minimieren Wirbelstromverluste und verbessern die Isolationswirkung. Durch die Reduzierung elektromagnetischer St\u00f6rungen erh\u00f6hen sie die Effizienz, Betriebssicherheit und Lebensdauer der internen Komponenten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abschirmelemente werden strategisch so positioniert, dass sie Bereiche mit gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigem elektrischem Potenzial definieren \u2013 etwa an Wicklungsenden, um den Magnetkern herum oder innerhalb der Wicklung selbst. Flexible metallisierte Abschirmungen bieten eine wirtschaftliche L\u00f6sung zur elektrostatischen Abschirmung rund um Magnetkerne und innerhalb von Wicklungen. Sie erm\u00f6glichen auch die Abschirmung von Mitteneing\u00e4ngen durch die Regulierwicklungen. Diese flexiblen Schilde kommen in Leistungs- und Traktionstransformatoren zum Einsatz und bestehen aus einer halbleitenden Schicht zwischen zwei Lagen Transformerboard T4.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine breite Palette an Abschirml\u00f6sungen steht zur Verf\u00fcgung, um vielf\u00e4ltige Design- und Spannungsanforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren offene, konische Abschirmringe, geschlossene und gewickelte metallisierte Ringe sowie flexible Kern- und Jochabschirmungen. The semi-conductive carbon paper layer, connected to a copper chord, prevents local higher electromagnetic losses when exposed to the magnetic flux, typical of the reactor design. <\/p>\n
