On January 6, 1926, the Italian company \u201cFratelli Tardini\u201d obtained from H. Weidmann, AG, located in Rapperswil (Switzerland), the rights to sell Weidmann\u2019s entire range of products. Tardini officially became the sole Weidmann brand distributor for the Italian market<\/mark><\/a>. The company name was then changed to S.A.C.I.T. and lastly, in 1942, became Vincenzo Tardini<\/a> & C. The same year, Vincenzo Tardini & C. was established as a limited company based in Milan, near the Central Railway Station, and continued as the sole distributor in Italy of Weidmann products and services. Tardini houses a short stock of popular materials in their 350 square meter warehouse to serve customers with urgent needs. In 2006, the Sole Distributor portion of the contract was revised, but the strong link between the families and the companies stands as a testament to their shared 100-year history of business and friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tardini has always been proud and felt honored to be a part of the Weidmann worldwide family and continues to promote the great name and reputation of the Weidmann brand in Italy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The success of this century-old partnership is based on shared principles and values: loyalty, mutual trust, respect, and an ability to adapt to varying market conditions. The relationship has always been rooted in fact and supported by coordinated joint actions. This has led to positive results, a considerable market share and position in the domestic market, strong relationships with customers, and efficient responses to problems and challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The constant interchange of information, creating a network with the whole supply chain (from OEMs to Transmission System Operators, including converters and subcontractors) allows the companies to focus on the drivers of the booming energy industry and meet the increasing market demand. In addition to the quality engineering services that Weidmann provides, this supports and enhances Weidmann\u2019s ability to innovate and provide trusted insulation solutions for the energy transition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this respect, the Italian OEMs are leaders in the energy field, promoting and creating an integrated supply chain in different fields of energy plant investment, and aggregating small and medium enterprises, using a large number of research centers and specialized universities in the energy sector. The Italian market is perhaps similar to those of other countries, but in Italy several small family companies form the backbone of the Italian economy. Tardini company is a prime example of these flexible small companies: a strong family backing and a small team of five dedicated people with specific roles and functions that can be partly interchanged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
