Pre-assembled winding packages

Pre-assembled winding packages offer a modular insulation solution that supports greater efficiency in transformer manufacturing. Designed to reduce material stock and streamline workflow in the winding production area, these packages help minimize throughput time and support consistent quality across production steps.

Each package is configured to optimize the coil winding, assembly, and sizing processes. Depending on project requirements, packages can include varying degrees of pre-fabrication – from basic configurations to fully loaded sets featuring radial spacers, metalized static rings, angle and cap rings, and washer block assemblies.

For higher thermal class applications, winding packages can also incorporate hybrid insulation materials such as Transformerboard combined with Nomex®. Pre-mounted packages are supplied according to customer-specific requirements to ensure seamless integration with individual production environments.
